I’ve kinda been living in my head these past months. I’ve come up for air a few times. Looked at either the first posts in my reader, or a few of those in my notifications or emails. I’m not sure who decides what shows where. I haven’t been around recently. Not on here. (Nor on instagram, email, or real life friends either).

Anyways. I just wanted to say that I’m thinking of you all. I’m not naming people but I do mean you. I’m grateful you’ve been a part of my journey. I’m grateful that you are a part of my journey. And, I’m thinking of you. I know I’m not around much, and that’s nothing to do with you, and everything to do with me. It’s taking my everything to just do what I am.

Thanks for your part in my journey.

I’d love to hear how you’re doing. If you’re happy to share that is.

Lotsa sunshine, sparkles, hugs, and peace

E

  1. I’m glad you’re taking time for yourself.

My life is good, working two days a week, volunteering, dating PIMOJ, glad to be getting to shul once a week despite COVID making it a bit uncomfortable.

  2. It’s been a bit hectic here with many things taking attention and emails piling up. I am trying to get up-to-date on the emails and then take a break until the New Year. The happy news is that after 6 years of living together, we got engaged to be married after the covid19 is over.

Take care of yourself. Enjoy your time off from school. All the best! ❤

  3. I’m doing well – no major news, other than my mother finally selling the house that she’d lived in for 21 years… she was left alone in it after my father died, and it was really hard for her to live there practically and emotionally. So – thank goodness – that’s finally done!

  4. It feels helpless to be able to reach out with nothing but empathy, but for what it’s worth, I extend my arms in a virtual hug with hope that your hopes will be realized.

P.S. On a lighter note, it could be worse: you could be living in the head of someone like Trump, which anyone in their right mind would consider a fate worse than….well, almost anything.

    1. I agree on one hand about being in Trump’s head. Yet, as I think on it there must be a vast expanse of emptiness in his head with so much room to spread out and bring a friend or twelve. Or take the time to think. Since there is not much else going on in there. Just a thought.

  5. I’ll think of you too, sending prayers your way…
What you’re going through right now must be difficult- more difficult than most people can imagine- but know that I’m sticking around for as long as you want me to.
As for me, I’m doing great! Reading lots, blogging lots. I’ve managed to post once every week since we haven’t much schoolwork. The exams have concluded- and we won’t have any more until May, so YAY! We end Term 1 on the 22nd, and life is just looking… good right now.
E, I hope things get better for you too. Missing you around here, and hope that you can come back whenever you’re in a better place.
    stay sticky (and strong),

      1. Glad you like it!
Absolutely!!! It tastes great, and is super versatile- can be used in many, many food. Peanut butter rocks!!

        1. You are quite right. I use to put it on EVERYTHING. I would get crazy looks from most people when I would eat it with well most everything. However, the most memorable looks are when I would eat it on onions. Yes it does not sound good but it is really good. Especially on the sweeter onions. But the crazy looks are worth it too. Unfortunately I cannot eat peanut butter any longer. It doesn’t like me anymore. But I will always have the memories. Until I break down and eat some( likely with chocolate)

          1. Peanut butter and onions is… strange, but that’s okay!! As long as you like it.
I can, however, vouch for peanut butter and chocolate. Just… DELICIOUS.

  6. Keep breathing my dear. We all need that ever precious air. Please remember that you being matter matters. You take your time to do whatever you feel is necessary we will be here in some capacity when you return. To listen( likely read) to you elucidate on how things have been for you. Thank you for being you and keep sparkling.

  8. Hey, Eliza! Nice hearing from you again. The holidays are time for gifts, of course, and you stopping by to say “hi” is a nice one. Together with all the snow we’ve been getting (at least we have here in the northeastern US), lets me feel “merry and bright.”

You say you’ve been scarce lately. Maybe you have, but the important part is, you’re here now. We’ve been keeping things going until you returned. Now that you’re back, we saved a comfortable spot near the fire for you. Merry, merry!

  9. hey!
thinking of you too- it’s been a while…
I’ll always stick around here and I really do hope things get better for you soon
it’s been a while since I last was here, what with exams and a ton of other stuff but on the bright side, I’m relatively free now. I’ve been watching sports, reading and I’m starting to blog again.
let’s hope the holidays lift your spirits and you can enjoy a good Christmas and New Year.
Merry Christmas and enjoy the rest of 2020 as much as one can at least!
Relax, take it easy and I look forward to seeing you more around here

  10. So glad to know you’re ok … that previous video of the lady with the animals reminds me of St Francis of Assisi 🙂

I’m well, settling into my new home and just loving life 🙂

  11. “The company” what a great answer.
I’ve been thinking of you, too. Like you, I have not been as present here as I normally am. Been busy with life. Lots of things going on. Not necessarily good. But not terrible, either.
    Take care and stay golden!
