    Rest, rest
from the trying and the stress.
    Cry if you need to;
let tears wash and renew you.
    Then fill your eyes
with green trees and blue skies.
    Choose activities
    that recharge your batteries…
    senses filled with beauty,
    inner music of serenity.
    Rest, rest
from the trying, and the stress.

  2. Feeling tired and feeling pain.
It seems to be never ending.
It seems to be the way of life.
But the way of life is love.
The way of destruction is pain.
But the conclusion, that you want the destruction because you feel pain is not what should come up.

The conclusion should be to understand, that it was injustice towards you or others.
That it was pressure and misunderstanding and ignorance towards you and your inner voice and feelings from others or even yourself.
Feeling tired is only a normal response towards the thought of a never ending nightmare.
Because after the anxiety, after the fear, when it always repeats in similar patterns, the nightmare becomes “boring”, pointless and therefor makes tired.
It is then when you should know, that your life matters to someone.
    If I wouldn’t matter to someone, I wouldn’t stay.
So you matter to me. I love you for who you are and would wish that the days of yours would change, the pressure you must feel would go away.

The nature of destruction is to convince you, that you have no choice, that there is no point in living. But there is and deep down you know it, you remember some joyful moments or thoughts.
And would it give more of them, would things would be the opposite and instead of small moments of joy, there would only be small moments of pain or none at all. Then you would know what life is all about. I wish you strength, love, hope and good dreams and that the pain vanishes.

Hugs & more hugs to you. ❀ πŸ–€πŸ’›

  3. When you’re tired, it’s hard to be inspired
    And a my age, I’m so tired, I’m re-tired.
So take it from me, it could be worse….
I could be really retired in a hearse.

  4. Sorry you’re feeling so weary Eliza, hope you pick up and feel better soon, after some rest and a bit of time, and whatever else you might need right now.

  5. I’m sorry that you feel like this. I know what that type of tired feels like. I know it’s hard to believe, but things can get better. I believe in you!

For now, is there anything you can do to feel even slightly better? Do you have a coping strategy or relaxation activity? Mindfulness? Something to get you through the next hour?

  6. One of my favourite bands, The Moody Blues (they put on the best concert I have been too – old rockers you see) a long time ago released an album: On The Threshold of a Dream which explored life (as all the recordings have, actually). One of the songs is “Lovely to See You.” The lyrics in part are:

“Lovely to see you again my friend
Walk along with me to the next bend

Dark cloud of fear is blowing away
Now that you’re here, you’re going to stay
    ’cause it’s

Lovely to see you again my friend
Walk along with me to the next bend”

I know it’s not easy, Eliza, when feeling tired of so many things, but it’s always nice other from you.

  7. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re going through this. Why don’t you take a break for a while? Maybe you can use that time to heal and recover yourself.

Stay strong and don’t worry so much about it. Remember, we’re here for you!

  9. Understandable, Eliza, as you’ve covered so much ground in the last few months. Much as there is to explore, to experience, you can’t keep things dialed up to “10” non-stop.

Take some time to soothe your nerves. To contemplate, and rest.

You’ve a place set at the table, and word has been sent back to the kitchens to hold off until you return. In the meantime, we’ll chat among ourselves, missing you no doubt, but looking forward in equal measure to hearing your voice among ours once again.

    1. You never fail to make me smile Keith. Thank you…. calmer today. I feel like I’m cycling but, oh well. Just is… it has to change one day, right? Right.

  10. You’ve been going through a lot lately. No wonder you’re tire. Rest. Rest. Rest. Take good care of yourself. Nourish and Nurture inside and out. I’m sending prayers and hugs to you, dear one.

      1. For me, rest is lying in bed and listening to relaxing music or a meditation video from YouTube, or it can be watching an escape movie (fantasy/SciFi/easy comedy) or book of the similar genre which is better bc I’m not also on the computer while reading a book, or easy art, like coloring, or mindfulness in nature with slow, deep breaths.

            1. πŸ™‚ I wish! Not living in freak out zone, so that’s good. I may write a post. Just nothing to say…. everything is the same. Still using. Still doing MBSR course. Started work… I don’t know…

  11. I’m hoping that you’re resting and ‘refilling your cup’.
We all need to take a break sometimes.
Cry it out and shout it out.
    Build up our strength.
    And then get going again.
Love and glitter – lots of it – for your journey ❀

I’m a different kinda tired now. Now just seems pointless, but not as exhausted.
