Day 19: What did you learn last year?

It’s an apropos time for this question.

I learnt how to be just a bit. I learnt how to tune into a source. I learnt to pause before reacting. I learnt some patience. I learnt that life is a journey we’re all travelling on and the point is the journey not the destination. I’ve learnt to keep my boundaries more. I’ve learnt that if I do something negative I can leave it at that, it doesn’t have to mean more. I learnt to live more that I attribute the meaning to anything. I learnt a bit about a source of the world. I learnt… I can go on and on. I’m grateful for all I’ve learnt.

what is one thing (or more πŸ™‚ ) that you’ve learnt?

A bit tough to do that at the moment

  1. Tough one. So much but I’m not sure I can pinpoint it.
I’ve learnt how to communicate better (but still have a lot more to learn!), I learnt that I don’t only have to give in relationships and the taking is part of it too, I learnt that my personality is fine and not weird at all and that I can be myself without being ashamed or embarrassed, I learnt how to accept small steps, and I learnt so many new things from all the books I’ve been reading!

Indeed a little hard, I say giving a voluntary “lecture” to my students because they want one will have to be enough for now:)

  2. normally i’m the type of person who expects things to be done right if the person can . i was in an apartment where the manager neglected their duties to repair a roof leaking cause mold in the room. I had to contact the city to get action. This was out of my atmosphere. i learned to be in charge of someone’s work when they wont.

  3. We learned that when the body cooperated with the mind (like synchronous operation), a healthy feeling can occur.

We learned Shaking (like ecstatic dancing), which can reset us sometimes in lieu of SH.

    1. Both amazing things to learn! I should probably try shaking like you mean for a reset… just putting on music and letting the body move (sounds really hard!!!)
      Thanks for sharing!
