What about your body are you grateful for?

I’m grateful for my brain, which does more than is ever possible.

Gratitude challenge: Make an effort to smile more throughout the day

I’m going to try. I didn’t do yesterday’s challenge yet and want to do it still. I’m on edge so smiling anyways is a good idea.

I’d love you to join me with the challenge:)

  1. I’m grateful for my eyes. I like my eyes and when I wear makeup, which is rare, I like to use mascara and eyeliner. It shows my eyes up more.

  2. Love this one, it made me think. I’m grateful for so many parts! My brain, because it’s AWESOME! My lips, because they can form a smile and make my students know that I care.. My voice, just because I like my voice 😉 I don’t think I can stop, the list goes on!
I kind of do this challenge every day, I smile very often (old habits die hard!), especially in public. I’ll try to be more mindful of it tomorrow, God-willing!

    1. I used to smile all day every day – you know when you feel bad because you went to the dentist and can’t smile. We’ll get there, right?

  3. I’m grateful to be able to walk and do yoga. My knees are okay for 64 years. A small half smile can make a big difference and is easier to maintain than a big smile.
